Q and A

Q: When will my item be dispatched? A: We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment before 12pm from Monday to Friday. You will receive an confirmation from once your item has been dispatched. Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive? A: Delivery is usually within 2-10 working days (99% of the times), however on very rare cases please allow up to 15 working days for orders to arrive. Q: Can I have a tracking number? A: If you require a tracking number for your order please make sure that you have purchased a recorded or signed for service. For orders within Australia we can upgrade your shipping to Registered service for an extra fee. Items sent via Standard service or Mail cannot be tracked unfortunately. more Q and A Q:What do I do if my item is received damaged? A: Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit. Please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement. Evidence of damage will be required in order for us to proceed with your claim, however you may not need to return the item.
