If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will provide a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is accepted by the buyer.
After your order is dispatched, you may contact us for a change-of-mind return up to 30 days after the date of dispatch. The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, and the refund will include a minimum of 20% restocking fee charges.

All products sold by IOT HUB are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This means that should your item become faulty within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund (subject to restocking fees). If you find that your item is faulty or not working as expected, please contact us through messages. Where possible, we will try to troubleshoot your issue and resolve it without the need for a returns process.
